Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style heroMachine Here are a couple of other variants of the Myrmidon battle armor. The two-tone blue suit is the Stealth Variant, and is constructed from materials that greatly reduce the ability of enemy sensors to detect it, either with RADAR or infrared sensors. A miniaturized and very sophisticated ECM/ECCM package provides additional protection from sensor detection. The SV's weapons load- out consists of a shoulder-mounted guided missile pod, and a hand-held, long- range Gauss rifle. The SV armor is used primarily by LRRP personnel and Recon Snipers. The two-tone green suit is the Transatmospheric Strike Variant, and is worn by those troopers who are trained for rapid insertion into a planet's atmosphere from high orbit. They are deployed into a planet's atmosphere by means of re- entry capsules that are constructed from heat-resistant and stealthy materials which, once they've dropped below the enemy's sensor coverage, break apart and allow the troopers inside to proceed to their target using their built-in flight packs. Because of the space limitations of the drop capsules, the only weapon that the TSV troopers carry into battle is the standard pulse laser rifle. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Here's some additional support for Pariah's version of Charlie's Angels. First up is Keys, who's responsible for keeping an eye on the Angels and keeping them from getting hurt in the field. He accomplishes this through the use of real- time satellite imagery, which gives him the edge when it comes to maneuvering the Angels out of the tight spots they find themselves getting into as a result of the jobs they do for Charlie. His skill in this area has been compared to a concert pianist performing one of Beethoven's concertos. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Next up is L.V., who handles the security for the Angel's HQ. He's a little bit on the neurotic side (who wouldn't be with Lucy for a sister?), but an absolute ace when it comes to keeping the bad guys out of the HQ. He's a firm believer in providing blanket coverage for the girls no matter what. Major Tom 2009
Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Next is Specs, Charlie's top IT specialist. Her job is to find the information necessary for the successful completion of any job the Angels undertake on Charlie's behalf (as well as for their clients), and there are few computers that she isn't able to pry info out of. Although she's a certified card-carrying geek, she also has what has got to be one of the unlikeliest friendships in Charlie's organization -- with P.P., one of Charlie's field support operatives. The two are often referred to as "The Gunslinger and The Geek", and it's a label they take a perverse pride in. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Sometimes Spec's efforts to uncover important information are less than successful, and it is for that reason that Charlie employs the services of a street-smart individual known only by his nickname -- Slick. Slick has contacts in both the underworld and law-enforcement, but is careful not to let either side know that. His information has, on several occasions, made the difference between success and failure for the Angels when on a job. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Sometimes, the Angels take on jobs that are more dangerous than most, with a high risk of injury or death. When such a job is being done, Charlie assigns two special operatives to provide extra support in the field, especially if it looks like they'll be facing particularly tough (and well-armed) opposition. The first of these special operatives is the rough-and-tumble P.P., an ex-Army soldier who provides heavy-weapons support to the Angels if they need it. Her weapon of choice is the M-60 7.62mm machine gun, which she has had modified to be similar to the model used by the Navy SEALS.
