Lord Liaden
Re: Artwork for Gestalt This may be the "prestige" HERO campaign setting, with all the bells and whistles and bling, that lots of HEROphiles have been asking for for years. I'm almost sorry to have to share it with M&M.

I'm almost sorry to have to share it with M&M. That's one of my hopes for the product. If it does well, Hero has a template from which to work on one of theiir own (if they feel so inspired). If it doesn't, they can point to Gestalt's sales when people ask for things like color illos.

RPMiller
Re: Artwork for Gestalt I will say that everything I have read so far definitely earns this book a place in my bookcase. Zindil
Re: Artwork for Gestalt Scott, Is Gestalt still on track for release sometime in May? I have to say that this looks great. I have been burnt out on superhero games for over a year and a half, but I will definitely buy this one. Zindil

I have been burnt out on superhero games for over a year and a half, but I will definitely buy this one. Zindil I'm always pessimistic about shipdates (part of working in computer games for so many years), but we're down to 6 pieces of outstanding art to be delivered, and about half the book remaining to be proofed. Hopefully layout can be finalized not too long after that, then approvals, then press. We're almost on the home stretch. I have to make Champions of the North my oriority, but fortunately, the work that remains for me on Gestalt doesn't take much time. Thanks for your interest; I hope to deliver something that's worth the price and the wait..

I cannot wait. My most anticipated superhero supplement this year (and I am just waiting for Agents of Freedom - it's in shipping - which should be cool). bubba smith
Re: Artwork for Gestalt The long-promised Gestalt book is actually nearing completion. As a preview, here's a bit of art from three of our artists (art posted with permission): First Jason Reeves http://www.133art.com/ Next: Adam Gillespie www.nightlightgraphics.com We've also got some spectacularly good art from Chris Stevens, Storn Cook, Eo Ahnix (a local SF artist who's doing a great job on some of our aliens) and Sketchopad, plus some color maps by Keith Curtis! Gestalt: The Hero Within is an original superhero campaign setting where, about fifteen years ago, archetypes in humanity's collective unconscious came to life, giving birth to superhumans. Nearly fourteen years in the making, Gestalt: The Hero Wihin is 400 pages (or thereabouts) and released on PDF. Pending approvals, expect it to be released some time in late Winyer/early Spring. Further details (publisher, price, etc.) will be released when final arrangements have been made. good art
