How did this guy get my picture?! By the by, Eosin, you might want to edit the URL?
Edsel
Re: Daily Art Findings Link 75 is acting weird. Everytime I hit it, it takes me to http://www.microsoft.com/ And I use Firefox as a browser so I find this truely odd.
L. Marcus
Re: Daily Art Findings The URL has a double http, so that's why it's screwy. Just copy, paste and edit the link in your browser, and it should work okies.
Edsel
Re: Daily Art Findings Yeah, I tried that. Even with the double http taken out it still redirects to microsoft. However if I click on the link that you fixed (in your reply) it works just fine. BTW, they're all nice pictures.

Susano
Re: Daily Art Findings I love how the feet are a blur. Feet are hard' date=' true, but a total blur?[/quote'] Yeah, I see what you mean. That's utterly absurd and ruins an otherwise okay image. Vondy
Re: Daily Art Findings . . . I thought he was standing knee-deep in a swamp? No, the swamp is farther down, but maybe I should interperet it as "a lot of flies," which does nothing to help me, but might be construed as self-deception in the name of good manners. Actually, no. That idea does nothing for me. The rest of the pic is really nice, but I keep zeroing in on the cloud around his legs.
Markdoc
Re: Daily Art Findings Maybe his feet were on fire and he put them out in the swamp but they're still smoking? Or - my personal guess - is that this is a speed concept painting and after doing the bit he wanted - the armour - he just jazzed everything else with some quick brush strokes Taken on those terms I can live with it - it has a nice overall atmosphere cheers, Mark
Captain Obvious
Re: Daily Art Findings I'll go with Mark's assessment. A very good quick painting. For what it's worth, to me, it looks like he's standing about knee-deep in water, with some reflection on the water making it look like his legs extend further. Cantriped
Re: Daily Art Findings No, I wish I did though, its a really cool piece. I've seen wall papers of the character herself that were bigger without much pixilation, but I haven't found that piece in larger form.
