Markdoc can attest that I mentioned finding the name familiar, and related it to something I thought was in Lankhmar. Well, it seems I was off by a letter -- it isn't a Leiber name I was looking for, it was Moorcock. Elric's world has "Elwher" which is the land Moonglum hails from, IIRC.
