Re: The "Nice Happy" Thread

Our 16th was last Friday. We lived together before we started dating' date=' odd as that souncs.[/quote']

Not really that odd. I've lived with women that I wasn't involved with. Though I've never then started dating any of them, I could certainly see that happening. :)

I found out today that despite what I was told previously I may actually be able to use my EST (Extended Sick Time) for time off after the baby is born. Assuming the new information is correct, rather than only being able to take a week and a half or so I should be able to take 3 or maybe even 4 weeks off.

Edit: As in with pay. They're required to let me take up to 12 weeks off if I want it. They just don't have to pay me during those 12 weeks. And between just buying a house and Keri being self employed (and so having no paid time off) not being paid isn't really an option.

Is it good news or bad news that I found our lost camera? The good news is it's an $800 digital SLR that takes great pictures and is really easy to use. The bad news is I thought we lost in in Iowa and the wife's family tore their houses apart looking for it and, well, I found it in my office behind a guitar case, meaning I get to look forward to several years of "Found the camera yet?" jokes.

Took my lovely bunneh wife to see Avenue Q last night. Any Broadway show where they use that much profanity is a good thing' date=' in my book. [b']Bunneh sez:[/b] If you have the opportunity, then by all means check it out.

We went when it was at the Wynn here in Vegas, on a fundraising night for the local public radio station. So, we had a whole audience filled with people who were totally unprepared for the raw, puppet-on-puppet sex scene. It was a toss-up on what was more entertaining: the show on stage, or an audience of really uncomfortable people watching it. :)

Lots and lots of sugar and honey in a small orange pumpkin with a green top. Candy corn is a triangle with a round base and yellow bottom, orange middle and white tip. Some have a brown middle and those taste chocolaty.

You're probably better off without them as they are pure sugar and artificial coloring. They just remind me of my childhood Halloweens.
