I tried downloading, unzipping, and opening the spreadsheet here at work, and all three steps worked just fine. Functional, high-tech, and cool-looking all at the same time. Is it a surprise that it's in Japan? I've seen photomosaics before, but NEVER one with segments so large compared to the overall image.
