AliceTheOwl
Re: "Neat" Pictures Odd-eyed white cats are well known. (I've played human characters using different-colored eyes as a DF Disad.) Peter Beagle has one as an office cat. Frequently, white cats with one blue and one green eye are deaf on the side with the blue eye. The other ear functions perfectly well. Apparently the genetic trait for deafness is linked to the genetic trait (in white cats only) of blue eyes. More: http://www.environmentalgraffiti.com/featured/underground-lakes-river/2190 That's Luray Caverns! I've been there! It scared the bejeebus out of me. I didn't realize that I had a problem with being surrounded by stone. And let's just not discuss the moment where they demonstrated perfect darkness, okay? That lake is actually only about an inch deep. It only looks deeper because the waters are so calm that they work as a perfect mirror.
