So bullets slow and stop as they approach, then drop to the ground. Said same guy can punch people. The bullets don't harm the guy at all - sounds like an Uncontrolled Force Wall. But can he punch people, grapple people, and all that? I don't think that's book legal. Does he buy his STR Indirect? How does he do this trick? I just read the last sentence in the writeup in 5ER for Force Wall - buying Indirect on your STR allows you to "punch" through it! Now to make that Martial Artist with the Inertia Dampening SFX!
