A Presence Attack is not a Zero Phase Action. It's an Action that takes no time, meaning it can be done whenever -- after a character makes an attack, in Segments when he doesn't have a Phase, whenever. If you want a character to have an "automatic" Presence Attack whenever he uses a given attack, just make sure you always tell the GM you're making a Presence Attack when you use that attack[/Quote]

Does this mean that a PC can Presence attack on all 12 Phases [ Albeit with reduced effectiveness because of repeated Presence Attacks]?

 

Also For Fantasy Hero Priests, who have some Sort of PRE based Turn Undead Power, [ + PRE Only for Turning Undead ],could they for example 'Turn' Once per phase and thus 'zap' a whole load of zombies ?

 

Or should I just say: You're SPD 3 , you only get 3 Turning attempts in a Turn?

Yes, that's exactly what it means -- but of course you, as GM, are free to impose whatever additional restrictions you like.
