Old Man
Once upon a time, I wrote an orbital simulator for my junior level computational physics class. I ran it over and over because it was oddly fascinating to see what the planets would do. It didn't model accretion or breakups, but any time there was a Jupiter-like gas giant it would absolutely kick out anything massive that was inside its own orbit. Old Man
I hope so. At the rate we're finding and analyzing exoplanets, if we haven't found any traces of life in another decade, the Drake equation is going to start looking really bleak. procyon
Unexplained radio wave bursts detected Looks like a fair percentage of them have been attributed to a microwave oven at the site being openned while running... At least there are still a bunch that seem to be non-terrestrial.
