Expect the nukes to go into production ASAP, if they don't already have a few. Only real question is if they're taking the saner path of "We have nukes, now the US can't invade us" or the bugnuts path of "We have nukes, now we can market them". But I would think that the reactor that was built & is inspected by the U.N. wouldn't be the primary (if any) problem. Imo, the problem (again, 'if') would be the enriched fuel.
