I once spent a fairly strange evening in a French Maid Cosplay bar in Yokohama. A few of the girls were cute, a few were hot in a burned out kind of way, most were too old for the costumes. The friend with me didn't speak Japanese, and I ended up doing a lot of interpreting for him. Had some trouble getting in as well (two of the girls had grabbed us off the street, but the bouncer at the door didn't like the idea of non-Japanese coming in). Now that's an evening I haven't thought about for years. Should probably email the friend; I still have his email address. I was about 27 at the time. I look around and realize that it's a pretty rare look in real life, though, and it's unlikely I'll get it naturally. However, I a realized this morning that I am naturally growing and even rarer pattern: the Ra's Al Ghul Beard. I have a full beard, not just his points, but I have two white streaks on either side of my chin. Neat! I was expecting that picture to be of you.
