L. Marcus
What do you mean, "pick"?
Old Man
As in 'choose' or 'select'. English, do you speak it?
L. Marcus
Why cause bad blood by rejecting two of them? And no -- English, I write it!
Bazza
Which one will he pick? if you are referring to me who is doing the picking, I'd have to go with Wonder Woman and Donna Troy.
BlueCloud2k2
It's been over a year since I read Darkest Night/Brightest day so I only vaguely remember who the heck y'all are talking about.
Old Man
I had to look up who Ice and Donna Troy were. It's interesting, my impression was that DC rarely instantiated new characters in their books, compared to Marvel. Is that a mistaken assumption? I hardly follow DC. It's interesting, my impression was that DC rarely instantiated new characters in their books, compared to Marvel. Is that a mistaken assumption? I'd guess that most new characters are "legacies". I hardly follow DC. ditto

Donna Troy has been around for 4 decades at least. Ice 3.
Old Man
So DC really doesn't publish many new characters then.
Bazza
to be fair, both have enough as it is. Groot & Rocket Raccoon are both old. Rocket Raccoon: Summer 1976 Groot: November 1960

Enforcer84
So DC really doesn't publish many new characters then. No...DC keeps the heroic identity and changes the character with the times, either via Legacy or Retcon. Green Lantern? There's been thousands Batman? There's been at least 3 Robin? Several Superman? A couple Wonder Woman? At least 3 off the top of my head. Flash? 4 or five. They keep the identities rather constant but the individuals behind the mask change and then they evolve as well. Donna Troy has been: Wonder Girl, Troia, a Blackstar (was that the name?), Wonder Woman, and back to Troia again.
L. Marcus
How many albums does a band get before fans start saying "I like their old stuff better"? Two. On average.
lemming
How many albums does a band get before fans start saying "I like their old stuff better"? Their stuff that they put out before they got a record deal was way more real.

Vondy
Apparently, those who sellout can be equated to the ray-finned fish family Zoarcidae.

Bazza
...I totally want to use the term eelpouts now. What kind of mister is an eelpout? Anyone want to have a go to stat it out? Maybe an eelpout is like an underwater elephant?
