L. Marcus
I think Yoda might have a bit of aphasia. Or it might be that he's an alien.

Bazza
yes i used to like Yoda, but yes do find his lack of grammar very annoying.
Cancer
He has grammar. It's just not standard English grammar. (It would be interesting to see a linguistic analysis about whether there's a systematic identifiable linguistic drift to his dialog. Probably not, but one could hope, despite the utter carnage betrayed by the use of "parsec" early in the first movie.)
Bazza
on recent holidays I bought a quartz dodecahedron. I like it.

L. Marcus
Just roll them blind and pick a number you're comfy with!
BlueCloud2k2
As I understand it, the back peddling on parsecs thing involves skimming a black-hole to cut the distance traveled. Finally finished signing up on Healthcare.gov Surprise, surprise, with my household size and income level, I qualify for "free health insurance." My wife and son are covered through her work (but not me cuz she's not full time- stupid Walmart). My coverage begins with the new year. I'm scheduling a doctor's visit for the next day. Need to get my check up and blood-work done. Been w/o insurance for over four years. Ouch. L. Marcus

Cancer
Well, it lets you sign up and pay. We'll see if it actually results in real improvement in getting people to adequate care. That is not yet established, and by their nature, insurers really are only in it for the money.

Cancer
Yeah, that last European slot, between Sweden and Portugal, was a crushing duel.
Bazza
So have you carved numbers into the sides yet? no. was advised not to roll it -- as then it wouldn't be a dodecahedron in all its perfectness. ( ) but yes I did think how cool it would be if there was a set of polyhedral dice that were actual quartz crystal or variety of quartz like amethyst.
