There are lots of software packages that'll do it, of course, though it takes a bit of conceptual work to realize how you use them to get what you want. If it had a USB socket so I could upload files it would be orders of magnitude more useful to me (remember, I have a couple machines downstairs that absolutely never see the internet ... that's where I crunch numbers and prep documents).
