Cancer
Re: The Last Word Well, I made a character once with a documents to other documents Transform spell, with advantages to make it very difficult to dispel. He was a lawyer and dealt with lots of confidential documents, and concealing their contents was important.

Hey Cancer, do you think I need to add a reference towards our discussions and the comments you made regarding my essay...just to be safe? I think they would go back to about Mid September. This page: (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20502&page=1038) and this post seem to be the beginnings of these discussions (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1905022&postcount=15555). Cheers, edit: I start work in two hours (actually 1pm, but have to get ready before then), but can hand it in at work via an email. From past experience you have posted whilst during this time, so I'll lay off until just before 4pm today in submitting it, hoping that you respond. Cancer
Re: The Last Word The concept of a lawyer with a magical ability to untraceably alter documents just chills me to the bone. Doc The alterations weren't untraceable; it left clear "stamps" on the documents in their unaltered state. The effect, really, was simply to password-protect confidential files against snoopers and pilferage. The disguised documents looked nothing like their real content, even leaving aside the residuum that the Justice folks to detect/verify/break. Certainly in the Real World such a facility is seriously spooky, but there was a certain level of cloak-and-dagger in the campaign I ran, and this NPC was set up to be the only one the players could really trust.
