He just had these long (REALLY long), pointless rants where he usually said something inflammatory, usually about politics, or something, somewhere in there. I read one of the rants (okay, a few paragraphs of one), and I'm rather surprised my brain didn't leak out through my ears before I stopped. He was passionate about politics and wrote essays to defend his points. He also likes Noam Chomsky and quoted him a lot. My impression, rightly or wrongly, was that he felt that the rest of the boards was against him, politically speaking which I'm sure contributed to his epic posts/essays.
