Cancer Posted October 1, 2016 Report Share Posted October 1, 2016 Yeah, put it on the same vocabulary page as 'syzygy', and on page 2 of the quiz ask the student to distinguish mean anomaly, true anomaly, and eccentric anomaly, and on page 3 ask them explain what the terms 'extinction', 'opposition', 'proper motion', 'secular', 'seeing', 'metals', 'limb darkening', 'reddening', 'blueshift', and 'closure density' mean in an astronomical context, and close with asking why charts marked with north up and east to the left are pretty darn common, actually.
