Down south are Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and the Canyonalnds. Running more or less the length of the state north-south is the Wasatch Range. There are also places like the Bonneville Salt Flats. I admit I like the high-altitude arid terrain of the type in the Great Basin, but a lot of people think I'm a sociopathic nut for that. Gorgeous scenery which Cancer mentioned. Best Friends, largest no kill sanctuary which also has pretty scenery. SLC is just a city.
