Reaching a station far beyond your own abilities because of connections and utter disdain for everything not similarly connected. I've had too many frat-kid students with that attitude, and Hitler would have been an All Right Guy if he'd gone after fratboys instead. Not often you see auto-Godwinization, but that's the way I feel. I think you are confusing fraternity (frat-boy) with secret society eg Skull & Bones -- which Bush is a member of.
