I can't really see Hanna-Barbera suing anyone for cribbing the name at this point. It's implausibabable, even. Snagglepuss himself is thoroughly Silver Age, having showed up in his final form in 1961. Well, final form up until that 2018 "Exit, Stage Left!" comic miniseries from DC where he's reimagined as a gay playwright being persecuted by HUAC during the Red Scare days.
