Once printed, it is locked in time and becomes dated. Meaning if it gets published with this information it can't be changed.

We add that the information is accurate as of the date of publication.

True. Or you can omit dated information like that AND trust that the GM can easily Google the information if needed and they want it. In most campaigns such information isn't needed and will not come up. You should go through the information and think how changeable is the information and how easy it is to find out on your own and how often it will show up in an average campaigns.

But, the final call is up to the writers of the book. Beyond maybe one of my ideas making it into a character or two in the book I don't have a horse in this race.

Hazlewood (Between the Monongahela and Second Avenue). This is a little further from downtown, a little more heavily populated, but a bit closer to the universities. Currently in this spot is the Aurora Test Facility which USED to be used by Uber to test...I'm assuming self driving cars. It's pretty much right on the river (giving water access and enabling heroes to just fly up and down the river), it's pretty much empty, but there is little distance between the facility and a residential neighborhood. There is a building (Mill 19) that could  be ignored for the game purposes which would give more of a buffer between the base and the houses. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.4155851,-79.9508835,4171m/data=!3m1!1e3

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, this site is going to become an athletic field and community center.

Station Square is, once again, up for sale.  The sale doesn't include the individually-owned Highmark Stadium, the Gateway Clipper Fleet, the Glasshouse Pittsburgh Apartments, or the Sheridan at Station Square hotel.
