Chris Goodwin
I'm able to create a Usable On Others Advantage with a cost of +0, but 6e1 p. 353 specifies that UOO has a minimum value of +1/4. Also I noticed that the Usable As Attack shorthand no longer exists in the Usable On Others dropdown. Was this removed? Thanks!
Simon
I've got the minimum cost corrected...I could swear that it was intentionally removed before, but can't for the life of me find out when/why. The abbreviations are all there, but are not considered Writers' Guidelines compliant so will not display if you have strict writers guidelines compliance checked off under the app prefs. unclevlad
Chris, what's the power you're playing with? I just looked, on a TK specialist I'm kinda playing with. TK has UBO as by others, simultaneously, and nearby...but not as attack because it's fundamentally an attack-capable power. Conversely, Teleport has all 4 forms.
